    How can you build a regular fitness routine?

    While this feels more like a quiz question than a writing prompt, here’s what I can offer based on personal experience:

    • Find something you enjoy
    • Approach it like an appointment
    • Remove emotion from the equation
    • Be consistent

    The hardest part is getting started. Do an activity that feels more like fun than work so that you look forward to the next time. Once your body gets used to the movements, it’ll crave harder workouts and progress naturally.
